This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of The Last Witness (“the Game”).
You are granted a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to use the Game for personal, non‑commercial purposes.
You may not modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or exploit the Game without permission.
All rights, title, and interest in the Game remain with the developer.
The Game is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
The developer shall not be liable for damages arising from use of the Game.
This Agreement terminates automatically if you breach its terms.
